for security management, and the ISO 9001:2000 certification for
quality management and continual service improvements. The BS7799-2
ITIL: 2002 was conferred by PSB Certification and is based on
technical and procedural guidelines on protection of information.
The ISO 9001: 2000 audit was conducted by Lloyd's Register Quality
Assurance and specifies requirements for a quality management system
that enhances customer satisfaction and achieves continual
performance improvement.
